- Did you always want to be a model? Tell us about how you were discovered.

People always told me I could be a model, but I never took it seriously. Until I took headshots with a recommended local photographer, and he sent me to my first agency and it all went from there.

- What are your favorite forms of self care and why?

Exercise is at the top of my list. From HIIT workouts to yoga, it's time I intentionally set aside to be with myself and care for my body. I don't feel complete without it. Another thing I love is making time for coffee dates with friends and fellow creatives. Being based in a smaller market, I truly value the chance to slow down, listen, and connect with people who are navigating similar experiences.

- What other passions do you have aside from modeling?

Fashion, I'm a thrifter. Traveling, I love experiencing new places, foods, and cultures. Workout classes obviously... And just love, I really value all of my relationships and friendships.
